It’ll help protect children from falling into sharp table edges and corners. Here’s how to install it: Thoroughly clean the area where the table Edge guard is being applied with a damp cloth and allow it to dry. Measure the table and mark the necessary length needed on the table edge guard, and then cut the strips. Carefully unroll the provided adhesive tape and apply it evenly to the underside of the top edge of the Table Edge Guard or, if you prefer, directly to the table surface. If you are concerned that the finish on your table may be sensitive to the adhesive, test a piece of the adhesive on an inconspicuous area. Remove the paper lining to expose the adhesive. Carefully place the table edge guard onto the surface where it is being installed. Starting at one end and working toward the other, press it carefully but firmly into place. If you have a table with square edges, place the corner cushion of the table edge guard on first.

Also, some children may be accustomed to mouthing or chewing table edges. Please do not allow your child to mouth or chew the table edge guard. It is important to periodically inspect the condition of the foam edging. If you notice a breakdown of the foam material at any time, or if the foam has become detached from the table surface, please remove the foam and install a new piece.
