The division of Safety Education and Outreach in the Department of Pediatrics at Indiana University School of Medicine (IUSM) focuses on preventing accidental injuries for children and seniors. In the United States today, accidents are the leading cause of death in children ages 1 – 14. We provide safety education programs and resources to the public.
Resources can be printed directly from the website. If multiple copies are needed, quantities of select resources can be ordered below. Resources are free. Quantity limit is 10 of each. If larger quantities are desired you may call 317.274.6565 or email safestor@iu.edu for assistance.
