Returns Policy
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. All curbside and in-store pickup orders must be picked up at Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis, IN by appointment. Staff will contact you to set the appointment after the purchase is complete.
Shipping
We can ONLY ship to Indiana addresses and cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Shipping is price based and varies with total cost of the order. Orders will be shipped in 3 to 5 business days with tracking provided via your email address.
