Text of Video: The Safety 1st Clearview Stove Knob Covers may help prevent children from turning the stove on and can help protect children from scalds or burns. Gently pull your stove knobs off their posts and set aside. To open the stove knob covers, hold the bottom of the cover and push in on the gray grip tab and pull open. Place one of the stove knob covers over the post and attach your stove knob by pushing down until secure. Close the Stove Knob Cover until it clicks. Test by pulling up on the clear cover to be sure it is snapped securely into place. When you are ready to use the burner on your stove, hold the Clearview Stove Knob Cover, squeeze the gray grip tab and pull open. Once you have the heat set at the temperature you want, close the stove knob cover. Test by pulling up on the clear cover to be sure it is snapped securely into place. To shut off your burner after use, again squeeze on the gray tabs to open the stove knob cover and turn off the stove by turning the stove knob to the OFF position. Snap the stove knob cover shut until it clicks then pull up on the cover to make sure the cover has been snapped securely into place.
